Meet Josephine (Jo)

I'm a level 5 trained clinical Reflexologist based in Clevedon, North Somerset and Honey Rooms in Frome, Somerset.

I'm qualified in a form of reflexology called Duopody, where both feet are worked simultaneously. By working both feet together in this way, I'm able to provide a more balanced and holistic treatment.

My training in clinical reflexology means that no two treatments are the same. I will adapt the treatment to suit the physical, physiological and emotional needs of each client. My approach to reflexology is very much anatomical, yet I also incorporate energy work, chakra balancing, acupressure, and consult the traditional Chinese body clock when appropriate.

During the first session I'll carry out a health consultation and work with you to create a holistic and bespoke treatment plan based on what you wish to achieve from your reflexology sessions.

How Reflexology Can Help You

Reflexology is a complementary therapy, meaning it can be used alongside conventional treatments for optimal results.

By addressing the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the client,

it evokes deep relaxation and aims to restore the body to balance and harmony.
