I'm a level 5 trained Reflexologist with clinics based in Tickenham, North Somerset and Frome, Somerset.
 

I specialise in a wide range of reflexology approaches, including Duopody (working both feet simultaneously for a deeply balanced treatment), women's health, maternity care and reproductive reflexology. Every session is entirely bespoke, shaped around your physical, physiological, and emotional needs.
 

Alongside Reflexology, I offer a range of advanced holistic treatments including Sculpting Facial Massage, Zone Face Lift therapy, Facial Cupping, and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage. These complementary, non-invasive therapies support detoxification, improve circulation, release tension, sculpt the face and body and promote deep relaxation and overall wellbeing.
 

My approach blends anatomy-based clinical reflexology with energy work, chakra balancing and acupressure when beneficial.
