Once you've booked an appointment, you'll receive confirmation and details on where to find me via email. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions!

You will pay a 50% deposit when booking and pay the remainder at the end of your session. I take both cash or card.

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment anytime and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule and would like to cancel, please contact me within 48 hours prior to your appointment if possible. 

 

IF YOU HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER contact me at rewild.reflexology@gmail.com with the time slot and treatment you would like so you can bypass the deposit.

It takes time for me to prepare between clients so please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive late, I'll still have to end the session at the planned time to allow for subsequent bookings. 

 

Your safety

 

For the safety of yourself and others, please reschedule your appointment if you're feeling unwell or have come into close contact with another with Covid. 
 

I'll be guided by you, so if you turn up wearing a mask I'll follow suit. Feel free to bring your own blanket if that will make you feel more comfortable.
