WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A TREATMENT ​

Welcome - Once settled in to the cosy reflexology chair, we’ll begin by discussing your goals, concerns, and any specific areas you'd like me to focus on during the treatment.
Deep relaxation - I will use gentle relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises guided meditation and burn sacred herbs to promote a sense of tranquility and to calm the mind.

The treatment - The first part of the treatment will be made up of facial reflexology, stimulating specific points on your face, neck, and scalp, focusing on the zones that correspond to different organs, systems, and emotions in your body. This will be followed by the specialised massage techniques which gives Zone Face Lift its name and uplifting results. I will be using the award winning Zone Face Lift amethyst crystal-infused Elixir, which has been shown to reduce fine lines and help you look radiant.
Sensations and Release - You may experience various sensations such as warmth, tingling, or gentle pulsing. These sensations are a sign that the energy is flowing and rebalancing within your body. Throughout the session, you may also experience a release of tension, emotions, or even tears as emotional blockages are cleared.

The Zone Face Lift 12-week programme is a comprehensive treatment plan designed to uplift and rejuvenate your face and spirit. Each week, you'll embark on a session that focuses on specific facial reflexology points, stimulating them to release tension, restore energy flow, and promote natural healing.

Ideally you do not want the seasons to be more than 1 week apart, however you can leave longer between treatments (2-3 weeks maximum).
